What happens at the walkthrough?
We visit your home, walk each room with you, and note your priorities, finishes, and any special care items. Afterward you receive a written scope, recommended cadence, and rate. The walkthrough is complimentary.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive with professional-grade equipment and products chosen for your surfaces. If you prefer specific products, we are happy to use them.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
Access details are recorded securely and shared only with the team members assigned to your home. Keys are never labeled with your address, and every handoff is logged.
Are your team members insured and background-checked?
Yes. The Curated Clean is insured and bonded, and every team member is background-checked before entering a client’s home.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will find a new time that works. Late cancellations may incur a fee, as outlined in your service agreement.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve homes throughout Palm Beach County. If you are just outside the county, reach out and we will let you know whether we can accommodate you.
